Accounting Admin

Responsibilities:

– Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping for the company

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

– Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions

– Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations

– Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Accounting Assistant (Entry Level)

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Manages the daily operations of the Accounting Supervisor and Senior Accountants by providing goals and guidance on how to achieve those goals.
  • Ensures timely completion of month-end close by having check-ins to go over check lists and aiding and monitoring the Accounting Supervisor and Senior Accountants in their processes.
  • Prepares the consolidation reporting package of the company every quarter within their deadlines.
Accounting Manager (Entry Level)

Responsibilities:

– Direct international accounting facets, involving payroll, reporting, and external accountants.

– Coordinate annual inventory

– Recruit, mentor, and oversee additional accounting resources as required.

– Proactively identify and mitigate risks within processes while implementing key controls.

– Identify opportunities for business process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures, including system integrations.

Accounting Assistant

Major responsibilities

– Track expenses and evaluate financial budgets

– Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds

– Assist Accounting team with creating and editing financial documents

– Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company

– Connect with clients as necessary via email and phone

Accounting

Responsibilities:

General Accounting requires candidates to:

· Support the month end and monthly reporting process

· Perform and review general ledger account reconciliations and trial balance review

· Accrual Entries

· Intercompany transactions

· Coding credit card statements

· Exporting/importing financial information

· Assist with audits

· Assist with fixed assets

· Assist with commission calculations/reporting

Manager, Technical Accounting

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess technical accounting issues in complex business transactions and prepare technical memorandums.
  • Work closely with various business leaders to provide guidance on accounting transactions.
  • Assist in reviewing the Company’s written accounting policies and providing guidance throughout the organization on the application of such policies.
  • Understand current changes to accounting standards, SEC guidance and PCAOB regulations.
  • Perform impact analysis of new accounting pronouncements (as needed) and lead implementation efforts across the Company.
Accounting Clerk

 Responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable, reconciliations and various administrative and accounting functions.

– Processing of invoices, credit memos and other postings to accounts receivable

– Match vendor invoices to checks for payment

– Maintain daily cash flow

– Bank reconciliations for operating and payroll accounts

– Entering accounts payable invoices.

– Process accounts payable checks

– Assorted general ledger month end close duties

Accounting Admin

Responsibilities

– Engage with clients as necessary via email and phone

– Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account

– Settle financial books including incoming and outgoing funds

– Assist Accounting team in the creation and editing of financial documents

– Design the bookkeeping processes of the company

– Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses

– Perform administrative duties as necessary
