Responsibilities:

• Support data enrichment tasks for one of our healthcare clients.
• Contribute to the quality control process.
• Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally.
• Verify information provided to our client by 3rd party entities using online databases.
• Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client.
• Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow-up with state boards for statuses.
• Ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company.

Requirements:

• Willing to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales/customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work with process and information changes.
• Support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
• Computer-savvy candidates are preferred.
• Available to work 40 hours per week starting immediately.
• Ability to work independently or as an active team member.

Job Description:
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will join our Data Enrichment team to support data enrichment tasks for one of our healthcare clients. You’ll be held to a high quality of work standard and will be a contributor to the quality control process. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and independence in how you execute and deliver your work.

Pay Rate: $22 USD/hourly
