Responsibilities:

  • Review and submit orders following standard SOPs.
  • Schedule calls with respective teams for test and turn activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of order milestones.
  • Order validation.
  • Order entry.
  • Order management.
  • Timely follow-up and progression of order milestones.
  • Escalations management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of related experience.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous order creation and management experience within the Telecom industry is preferred.
