Responsibilities:
- Maintain executives’ appointments and calendars.
- Email management and organization.
- Create structure, workflow, and processes.
- Research technologies and make recommendations.
- Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Project assistance and coordination.
- Event planning and coordination.
