Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executives’ appointments and calendars.
  • Email management and organization.
  • Create structure, workflow, and processes.
  • Research technologies and make recommendations.
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Project assistance and coordination.
  • Event planning and coordination.
